A internacionalização da Audax começou em 2013 with the creation of the subsidiary in Portugal, a company that already ranks 6th by volume of energy sold.
Audax Italy
In 2014, entered Italy through the acquisition of the supplier Big Energia and a year later, it multiplied its clients in the Italian market fivefold with the acquisition of the client portfolio of Compagnia Energetica Italiana.

In 2015, begins its expansion in northern Europe with the creation of the Audax Germany branch in Hoyerswerda, later moving to Berlin, the capital of the country, from where it boosted its growth.

In 2017, entrou na Holanda adquirindo 72% da comercializadora holandesa de eletricidade e gás Main Energie, empresa de referência no país, cujo tamanho é equivalente ao da Audax em Espanha e ocupa o quarto lugar no ranking do país.

In 2020, Audax enters the Hungarian market with the acquisition of electricity trading company E.ON Energiakereskedelmi Kft. which has a share of 25% in the competitive Hungarian market for SMEs, large industrial and municipal customers.
